PAPUA - Amidst the crisp air of Papua's Central Mountains, a heartwarming scene unfolded in Gome Village, where TNI soldiers from Task Force Yonif 700/WYC Gome Post took a break from their security duties to spread joy among local children. Led by First Lieutenant Na’im Aryo, the soldiers organized a drawing and coloring activity, filling the village with laughter and vibrant colors. Wednesday (03/19/2025).

"Every afternoon, we see children playing around the post. Our hearts were moved to share happiness with them, " said First Lieutenant Na’im Aryo.

With drawing books and colored pencils in hand, the Papuan children’s faces lit up with excitement. Sitting under the blue sky of the Central Mountains, they eagerly poured their imaginations onto paper, using bright colors to paint their dreams and hopes. The quiet mountains echoed with laughter and cheerful chatter, breaking the usual stillness of the highlands.
